I’m taking my own advice.

When my friends have guys that are complete knob heads who cause useless drama, make them angry, disappoint them, and pretty much treat them in a manner which is less than they deserve, in most situations I tell them to simply ignore and stop talking to him. Don’t answer texts, make eye contact, speak, answer phone calls- none of it. So today I took my own advice.
Instead of bitching about how a guy repeats his nonsense behaviour, this time I just didn’t even text back. There is no need for me to have anyone in my life that makes me feel less than the spectacular person I know I can be. Watching my friends and their relationships and drama, and just learning and growing over the years has taught me not to waste my time. If someone can’t realise my worth and decides to ignore me when I’m there, there’s no point in me making any effort to talk to them. You ignore me? I’ll ignore you right back. Simple as that.
